Return Policy For Medical Marijuana Products

There is no return or exchange for medical marijuana flowers or medical marijuana concentrates.

Exception To Medical Marijuana Return Policy:

In circumstances where you consider a product to be problematic, you should immediately contact us at 1(888) 600-4420 or emailinfo@auracannabis.com with details of the product and the issue in question. If it has been decided you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price as a store credit.

Disposable Vape Pen and Cartpidge Return Policy:

Due to the consumable nature and limited life expectancy of disposable vape pens, we offer a dead on arrival (DOA) warranty, if they do not work out of the box we will replace them free of charge if you follow the below guidelines. You must report this within 48 hours of recieving your item. You will be asked to return all defective units with their original packaging and all initially included components to process your claim.

For warranty-related questions concerning products purchased at store.medpotnow.com, a claim must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your shipment via email to support@medpotnow.com.

We will provide a prepaid return label at our discretion to send the defective product(s) back to us. After the returned product is assessed by our technical department, we will contact you with details for the replacement shipment. Shipping costs related to the defective product(s) in the order will be credited or a return label will be sent to you.

  • Call or email customer support within 48 hours of receiving your shipment – 1(888) 600-4420 or email info@auracannabis.com Provide the following information and feedback to our customer service representatives:
    • A detailed description of your issue.
    • The order number.
  • The support team will create an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and send you a shipping label if you are eligible based on the policy described above. You can attach this label to a box containing the defective product(s) for postage-paid shipping from Canada Post.
  • Please make sure your RMA number is clearly displayed on the outside of the package. This return ID is provided via confirmation email following your support submission. Please be sure to check your spam folder if you do not receive the confirmation email for your return.
  • We test all returned products at our warehouse once received to ensure the failure was due to a manufacturer defect and not misuse of the product. Once we determine the failure is due to a manufacturer defect, we will send out the replacement product or credit your account.

Tinctures & Topicals

If you are not satisfied with the products that you have ordered, please return your unused portion, in their original packaging, with the original packing slip, within 72 hours from receiving your shipment. Once your return has been received, we will issue a refund plus shipping costs, credited to your account.

We do not offer refunds for batch differences (i.e. colour, texture, taste) as these differences are due to the natural state of the product and do not indicate compromised quality.

Refunds will be provided in the same way the initial payment was made, e.g. debit payments will be refunded directly to your debit card or credited to your account.

Please be aware that we cannot accept exchanges or returns on completely used or damaged items. Qualifying exchanges and returns must be in their original packaging, and in salable condition. Items damaged during shipping must be reported upon receipt in order to be eligible for refund.
